Elitehaus Riddle, affectionately known as Chief, is a striking male Doberman who represents many of the qualities we value most in our breeding program: exceptional working drive, confidence, longevity, pedigree, and an intense devotion to his handler.

Chief is a serious working dog with very high drive and tremendous enthusiasm for training. He brings intensity and commitment to the work and is currently training toward titles in Protection Sports Association (PSA), where his natural working ability can be showcased and further developed.

While Chief is impressive in the work, one of his most defining characteristics is his extraordinary attachment to his people. He is the very definition of a “Velcro Doberman.” Chief wants to be involved in everything his handler is doing and thrives on interaction, engagement, and having a job to do.

This combination of working intensity and deep handler devotion embodies so much of what has historically made the Doberman such an exceptional working companion.

Chief is the full brother of Elitehaus Rowena and comes from a pedigree we particularly value for its combination of working ability and longevity.

Longevity is an important consideration within our breeding program, and Chief's family provides several qualities we are especially pleased to see. His sire remains healthy at 10 years of age, while his maternal grandsire earned the BFL-1 (Bred for Longevity) designation through the Doberman Pinscher Club of America.

These dogs provide more than impressive names on a pedigree. They represent generations that contribute qualities we continually strive to preserve: health, longevity, temperament, working ability, and the unmistakable character of the Doberman Pinscher.

Chief is not a dog who simply possesses working dogs in his pedigree—he is a working dog himself.

His high drive, enthusiasm for training, confidence, and desire to engage with his handler make him an exciting dog to develop. His ongoing PSA training provides an opportunity to demonstrate these qualities through a demanding protection sport that requires obedience, control, environmental confidence, and working ability.

Chief approaches his work with intensity, but perhaps his greatest strength is the relationship behind it. His desire to remain close to his handler and actively participate makes him an exceptionally engaged training partner.
